Jaimie started with Sustainability as a Personal Assistant to CEO Tony Webster-Smith. She then became the administrative assistant for our Safety and Security divisions. During this time she began administering the Rio Tinto audit program which included reviewing all the audits and scheduling of audits. Jaimie decided to undertake training to develop appropriate qualifications in the Safety area (while still performing her administrative duties). She was then able to take responsibility for developing small Safety Management Plans, and then progressed onto a Safety Management Systems.

Jaimie is currently working at Mt Gibson Iron’s Koolan Island site as Site Safety Support.
