Nicholas (Nick) has an extensive OHS career spanning 20 years in safety, training and operational roles, successfully developing, implementing and supervising safe operations and training in isolated and extreme environments. 
His career includes 10 years as a Health, Safety, and Environment Practitioner in both managerial and supervisory positions, gaining experience in project management and training development roles.

Nick has designed and delivered health, safety, and environment outcomes on and off-site including OHS management, incident investigation and training management. He has an extensive portfolio in activity, corporate, and function-based risk management, and broad experience with the articulation of workplace procedures and process alignment.

• Gap analysis, hazard identification, and risk assessments

• Planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of safety management systems
• Third party OHS quality/safety Lead Auditor to AS4801, ISO9001, AS4360, and ISO14001

• Development and implementation of occupational health, safety, security, and environment management system for a regional airline company in FNQ with dispersed operations throughout the South-west Pacific, Papua New Guinea, and South-east Asia
• Development and implementation of the safety management program for the Peace Monitoring Group (ADF) in Bougainville
• OHS Inspection of ADF deployed forces in Afghanistan
• Review of isolation procedures for BHPBIO at Mt Whaleback.
