Objectives
- Delivering Lead Auditor training for client personnel in a cost-effective process
- Creating the opportunity for client personnel to undertake the internal management of Lead Auditor training
- Developing the ability of a client trainer to facilitate the delivery of Lead Auditor [and Internal Auditor] training and development
Methodology
- We supply Lead Auditor training
- We evaluate a client Lead Auditor for Lead Auditor Trainer accreditation
- We propose a costed-program for a client employee to continue the auditor training in a partnership relationship with Sustainability including the provision of training materials, course registration, and certification
Deliverables
- You get delivery of a Lead Auditor course for between 8-10 participants
- You get a Lead Auditor Competency Certificate and eligibility for provisional RABQSA Auditor certification and recognition for all participants, upon successful completion of the course (on payment of a fee to RABQSA). To become a certified RABQSA Auditor or Lead Auditor, participants much meet a number of criteria set by RABQSA – see www.rabqsa.com.

The course material is delivered by Sustainability's industry experienced trainers who have RABQSA International auditor certification. Our trainers develop a practical approach to the material to ensure relevance to the client while meeting the essential requirements of certification.
