As we enter 2024, we are excited to offer short, medium, and long-term Safety, Environmental and Engineering placements at various levels, both in-field and executive level. We work with companies that manage projects, shut-downs, and general operations across various industries including mining, construction and renewables in several countries and continents around the world. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients’ requirements, providing the right fit resources, and supporting our team and clients throughout a projects life cycle.
We offer a unique service as opposed to a labour-hire arrangement, and all our placement candidates are fully inducted and trained on both our and the clients HSE management systems, as well as our bespoke in-field safety leadership coaching program and the Forwood Critical Risk Management (CRM) tools and software. All placement candidates receive pre-employment medicals specifically related to the roles they will assume and where in the world the roles are.
