Auctus Minerals is an entrepreneurial resource development company involved with the development and expansion of resource projects in Australia. After securing their first project in Queensland, being the Mungana Mine and associated infrastructure, Auctus is determined to ensure that the resumption of mining activities is completed safely and responsibly.
Sustainability is supporting Auctus to develop safe systems of work and assisting with the implementation of health and safety programs that include the development of health and safety manuals, hazard identification, risk management, safe work instructions, contractor management and training for personnel. Sustainability will also provide inspections and audits to check the coverage and engagement in Auctus’ safe systems of work.
A key element is developing safety and risk management tools that provide coverage for the management team and the site personnel, and are also transferable across other Auctus projects. This will ensure that they meet their aims for safe workplaces in all their mining operations.
