Sustainability have been awarded a contract by Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) to act as the IESC for the final construction, commissioning and operations phase of the pipeline. Crossing Greece, Albania and the Adriatic Sea, the Trans Adriatic Pipeline will be the last link in Europe’s vital Southern Gas Corridor, a 3,500-kilometre long gas value chain, delivering Shah Deniz Phase II gas from the Caspian Sea to southern Italy and into Europe.

As the lenders’ environmental and social consultant, Sustainability will provide environment, social, health and safety verification, monitoring and certification services in relation to TAP’s compliance with the environmental and social requirements of TAP’s project finance.
