| Provide in-field safety leadership coaching to the largest nickel producer in Indonesia, focused on critical risks, improving the identification and management of critical risks throughout their value supply chain. |
| Scope of Work: |
| The intent of Safety Leadership Coaching is to assist our client’s management team (layers of defence) improve their daily focus on critical risks and the prevention of serious incidents and business interruption. The program is designed and customized around existing risk management systems, processes and technology tools with a focus on driving the clients’ Key Values and desired leadership behaviours. Our team of highly experienced and active coaches work in the field on a one-to-one basis with all layers of Management from the Executive Board of Directors to frontline operational supervisors/engineers. This direct method of coaching allows all levels of leadership to have critical risk focused conversations and where required interventions to manage risk exposures.
