Provide 24-hour, 7 day a week safety coverage off a critical shut-down. Sustainability deployed a team of experienced Safety Advisors for a High Risk Shut-down to provide infield support to the PCBU. The Sustainability team was Critical Risk Minimisation trained, specifically: Sustainability Safety Leadership Coaching: High Risk Work Verification and Every Job Every Day. The Sustainability team provided effective CRM through additional resourcing, increased critical control focus and 24/7 coverage for the duration for the shutdown. The Sustainability team contributed to a serious injury free shut-down. |

Provide in-field safety leadership coaching to the largest nickel producer in Indonesia, focused on critical risks, improving the identification and management of critical risks throughout their value supply chain. |
Scope of Work: |
The intent of Safety Leadership Coaching is to assist our client’s management team (layers of defence) improve their daily focus on critical risks and the prevention of serious incidents and business interruption. The program is designed and customized around existing risk management systems, processes and technology tools with a focus on driving the clients’ Key Values and desired leadership behaviours. Our team of highly experienced and active coaches work in the field on a one-to-one basis with all layers of Management from the Executive Board of Directors to frontline operational supervisors/engineers. This direct method of coaching allows all levels of leadership to have critical risk focused conversations and where required interventions to manage risk exposures. Ultimately supporting our client’s commitment to “Life Matters Most- Zero Lives Lost Zero Lives Changed”. |

Sustainability is the lead consultant of a consortium of International and Local specialists providing a two-year ESIA for a rare earth element project in Mongolia. The ESIA involves baseline studies of both environmental and social factors, followed by impact assessment studies and management plans to meet national and international lender requirements. |

Sustainability has been supporting Oyu Tolgoi LLC for over 11 years to provide monitoring and offset projects to verify Oyu Tolgoi’s biodiversity management initiatives and provide data that supports the project’s aim of achieving net gain on high biodiversity value species and habitats. In partnership with Wildlife Conservation Society of Mongolia and working with other NGOs and academics, the program continues to deliver important monitoring results for unique species such as Khulan (Asiatic wild ass) and black tailed (goitered) gazelle. | |

Assessed, developed and implemented a Safety Leadership Coaching Program that addresses the key risks identified in the initial assessment as well as the scheduled ramp up production program. The program addressed and ensured controls for all critical risks in the workplace. The team coached all in-field leaders with a fit for purpose approach to ensure the required skills transfer was achieved and thus the sustainability and success of this program was maintained even after the demobilisation of the Sustainability coaching team. Sustainability deployed a team of Senior Safety Advisors for a High Risk Shut-down environment providing infield project support to the primary contractor. The Sustainability team was Critical Risk Minimisation trained, specifically: Sustainability Safety Leadership Coaching: High Risk Work Verification and Every Job Every Day. The Sustainability team provided effective CRM through both the planning and the delivery phase of the shutdown, ensuring increased critical control focus and 24/7 coverage for the duration for the shutdown. The Sustainability team were pivotal in ensuring an injury free shut-down. |
